This project was unique in that the brief was to design an apartment that was both rustic and industrial but also homely and warm, with the target market being young professionals in Stratford, London.
The area comprises of residential homes, clustered around green spaces of communal courtyards, accessed off a new public street. This new development will comprise of 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom Shared Ownership apartments and a 4 bedroom Townhouse. Selected homes will benefit from parking available on site and the townhouse will benefit from its own private parking garage.
