SHOW HOME INTERIOR DESIGN
We specialise in show home interior design for small and large-scale property developers all over the country. Our show homes include a fully bespoke interior design scheme tailored to your target market as well as the delivery of the interior and show home staging. If you need us to collect the show home once the plot has sold, we can move it to another new build, refreshing the look with extra pieces as required. You even have the option of simply renting the interior - once you have sold your property or are finished with the furniture, fixtures and fittings, we will simply come and collect everything, leaving you with an empty property and no stress.
HOW WE DESIGN A SHOW HOME
The process starts with an initial meeting, either in person or online, where we get to know each other and learn about your development and your aims for the plot, what you like and dislike and what interior design styles you would like. Then we create mood boards to give you an idea of how the finished show home interior will look. If required, we will then create 3D renderings of the show home design to give you an even better feel for what the project will look like once completed. When you are happy with the design, we order everything we need and store it in our on-site facility. Then, when the time comes, we deliver the complete show home interior and stage it - installing furniture, hanging pictures and mirrors, painting and decorating and giving the show home a good clean. All you need to do is relax and focus on selling your property!
