As part of a series of projects we recently completed on behalf of a group of investors and developers, this 2-bed terraced property was designed and installed in the picturesque coastal village of West Lulworth, Dorset.
The client had built several properties on the site of a former school, to be let out as holiday homes. With Weymouth, Bournemouth, the New Forest, and Durdle Door only a short drive away, the area is perfect for romantic weekends away or family staycations. The client wanted a high-quality finish with extras including spare bedding, utensils and cleaning materials, and plenty of storage for guests.
The aim was to create a modern and aspirational look that was a little different from the others we had already designed and installed. Being a smaller property, it was likely to be let out by smaller groups such as young families so a more contemporary interior that enticed the target holidaymaker was important in order to maximise value and increase bookings for a solid return on investment.
We completed the following services as part of this project:
Full, bespoke design including mood boards, 3D models and renderings, itemised costings
Sourcing of complete interior including building furniture
Storage of interior until the project was ready for installation
Delivery and installation of the project including painting and decorating
Spare, high-quality Egyptian cotton bedding
Kitchen utensils, cutlery, and dinnerware
Cleaning materials
The client was thrilled with the feedback and bookings are already being taken!
