This project was completed for a large local housing association in Southend-on-Sea. The two-bed apartment was centrally located on a busy road and, as a new development which was to be put up for sale, had to be neutral and consistent throughout, with an emphasis on light and space in order to appeal to the target market and generate the highest income possible for the developer.
We went with white, high-gloss furniture with splashes of purple and mauve shades to make the interior look fresh and inviting without being too bold. We also made use of silver and chrome in many accessories to brighten the areas up.
The client opted for a rental package which means that everything you see has been fully audited on installation and at the end of the 16 week rental period will be available for purchase at a discount price.
