One of our latest projects is this fantastic and modern 3-bed show home property completed on behalf of a national housing developer in Newhaven, East Sussex. The property is part of a large development built on the site of the old Parker Pen factory and nestled between Brighton and Eastbourne, making it the perfect home for young couples and small families looking for a slice of life by the coast, with great access to two fantastic cities.
The client wanted something fresh and contemporary, ideal for the target buyer and in keeping with the up-and-coming area of the south coast, a hotspot for emerging businesses and startups and an enticing place for those who yearn for a home away from London but still close to excitement the region offers. We opted for a Scandinavian-style interior with lots of bright and warm colours. This worked well as the client was working to a strict budget and also matches the target buyer perfectly!
We designed the home using site plans, creating mood boards, fully itemised costings and 3D renderings before installing the complete interior on-site with a professional decorator and home staging team.
